Hong Kong first case of death after Pfizer vaccination

According to official information, the first case of death after receiving COVID-19 vaccine was reported in Hong Kong today. Fubitai is commonly known as the Pfizer vaccine in Taiwan.

The Hong Kong government’s news bulletin website reported tonight that the Department of health has received a report from the Hospital Authority of a death suspected to be related to a serious abnormality after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to the information provided by the Hospital Authority, a 66-year-old man, himself suffering from diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. He was found fainted in his car this morning and was sent to hospital for resuscitation and confirmed dead.

According to the report, the deceased had been admitted to the hospital three days before (16) vaccination Fubatai, he stayed in the vaccination center after the vaccination observation period and no record of discomfort.

Hong Kong has seen a cumulative total of seven cases of death after vaccination with the Coxin vaccine, with the first case of the Fubatai vaccine reported today. The official expert committee previously said that there is no evidence to suggest a direct causal relationship between these deaths and the COVID-19 vaccination.
